Production Assistant

No Prior Experience Required

• Special Requests Execution: When assigned a special request, this team member can efficiently utilize Asana to gather information for the assigned request, prioritize them according to the assigned priority rating, fulfill the task, and notify the requester upon completion.

• Deliverables: Follow instructions and contribute to the timely production of project deliverables.

  • Deliverables assigned include but are not limited to;

    • ID card printing

    • Composites

    • Cume Stickers

    • Initial Senior Audits

    • Staff Complimentary Packages

    • Mugbooks

    • Principal Albums

• Basic Quality Control: This includes all Blueprint jobs and events that have been offloaded to the server or Dropbox. Individuals in this role should possess the knowledge to edit and process photos for all job types in a timely manner, adhere to our set turnaround times, and ensure that the images produced meet our standards.

  • When issues are found with photo quality, this individual alerts a Production Specialist or Lead to submit the Production Image Quality Issue Form.

• Printers/ Printing: Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the printers utilized in our operations, have the ability to operate them effectively, and troubleshoot when necessary.

  • When assigned a printing task, they are able to execute it in a timely manner while monitoring print quality is up to our standards.

• Photoshop: Has a basic understanding of basic editing functions within the program.

• Packaging and Mail Drop-off: Effectively package deliverables using provided packing supplies, generate shipping labels, and complete the drop-off at a post office.

• Office Maintenance: Helps maintain cleanliness by contributing to the overall presentability of the workplace. Additionally, ensure the functionality of the office by reporting inventory issues and performing necessary upkeep on specific machines.

• Task and Time Tracking: Performs meticulous tracking and reporting of daily tasks using a comprehensive log and maintains accurate records of task completion, including precise time reports detailing the duration of each task.
