How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions that improve patient outcomes and support high-quality clinical performance.
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting treatments based on patient response, clinical data, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Assess, document, and communicate patient conditions using Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) to ensure accurate clinical documentation, compliance, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse, ensuring effective care coordination, timely interventions, and improved patient safety and experience.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
