OPS FOOD CONTROL SPECIALIST - 67965373 - GENERAL SERVICES $15.00 Per Hour Position Summary Delivers food trays and snacks to resident houses (approximately 18) for each meal in accordance with predetermined time and route schedule. Lifts, carries and places heavy (~42 lb) food trays and dishes, retrieves soiled dishes, and assists in preparation of trays and loading on the food truck. Ensures the Sunland delivery system operates daily. The Work You Will Do Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the food service department, including washing, drying, and folding laundry. Wash pots and pans using a 3‑compartment sink following established procedures. Clean and sanitize floors, tray machine, food truck, and hall after each meal; maintain cleanliness of back docks, pavement, and surrounding grounds. Delime the tray machine weekly on Tuesdays. Safely operate assigned motor vehicle, perform daily safety checks, maintain vehicle logs, and ensure fuel is added as required. Maintain a positive work attitude and complete all mandatory training. Perform related duties as required. Maintain timesheet accuracy and submit promptly. Complete all required training. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Knowledge of the rules of the road. Knowledge of operating various motor vehicles. Skill in operating a motor vehicle. Ability to perform light maintenance and service work. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Location
