DHILLONCO Hotel Management is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead our hotel in San Ramon, California.

We are looking for a dynamic hospitality professional who demonstrates exceptional leadership, strong financial acumen, a passion for guest satisfaction, and the ability to drive revenue and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who takes ownership of hotel performance, develops high-performing teams, and consistently delivers results while maintaining Hyatt brand standards.

Key Responsibilities.

Hotel Operations & Leadership

• Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  
  
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing management and associate team.
  
  
• Maintain compliance with Hyatt brand standards, quality assurance requirements, and company policies.
  
  
• Establish a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional hospitality.
  
  
• Maintain high standards of property cleanliness, preventative maintenance, and overall hotel presentation.
  
  

Revenue Management & Financial Performance

• Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and RevPAR Index (RGI) performance.
  
  
• Partner with corporate revenue management and sales teams to maximize profitability and market share.
  
  
• Manage hotel budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and controllable operating expenses.
  
  
• Analyze monthly financial statements, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve GOP and NOI.
  
  
• Develop strategies to increase corporate, group, and negotiated business.
  
  

Guest Satisfaction & Brand Compliance

• Champion guest satisfaction and Hyatt's service standards.
  
  
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery initiatives.
  
  
• Ensure the hotel consistently meets brand quality assurance and guest satisfaction goals.
  
  
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the guest experience.
  
  

Sales & Market Development

• Build relationships with local businesses, corporate accounts, and community partners.
  
  
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify new business opportunities.
  
  
• Maintain awareness of competitive market conditions and local demand generators.
  
  
• Drive measurable year-over-year revenue growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience, including at least 3 years as a General Manager or comparable senior hotel leadership role.
  
  
• Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
  
  
  
• Experience managing an upscale select-service hotel
  
  
• Proven track record of improving RevPAR, guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee performance.
  
  
• Strong understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and labor management.
  
  
• Experience with brand quality assurance, property management systems, and revenue management strategies.
  
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to lead independently while collaborating effectively with corporate leadership.
