Quality Multi-Family Manager

• Manage employees performing quality inspection, engineering and technical activities through all phases of the product lifecycle
• Develop quality strategies and plans supporting new business acquisition and program/business plan execution
• Provide education and coaching on the Quality System
• Acquire and manage resources, provide quality technical management, and lead performance improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports
• Oversee review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
• Manage, develop, and motivate employees
• Perform day-to-day quality assurance and process control
• Analyze data, review trends, and create recovery plans to resolve production issues and meet schedule and safety targets
• Collaborate with internal customers, suppliers, manufacturing, test, and engineering to implement corrective actions and sustainable process improvements
• Travel up to 10% of the time
• Support 1st or 2nd shift and additional shifts as required

Requirements 5+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment 1+ year of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership” U.S. Person status required for U.S. export control compliance Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required by the U.S. Government Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start required Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Ability to work any shift, as assigned Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred) 1+ year of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees (preferred) 1+ year of experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Department of Defense (DOD) contracts (preferred) Experience leading key process, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives (preferred) Successful completion of the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Completion of the Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment as part of the selection process Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in quality management and process improvement within a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on leadership, team development, and compliance with U.S. export control regulations.
