Position: IT Support Associate Location: Waianae, HI Pay: $24/hour Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate Degree in MIS, IC, comparable degree, or high school diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in Information Systems/Technology field preferred A+, Network+ or equivalent certification required Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a IT Support Associate to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Assist in the setup, configuration, integration, and administration of systems, PCs and networking equipment, as well as necessary software Diagnose computer and printer problems and perform medium to major repairs Trouble-shoot network connectivity problems to and from PCs to servers, printer, and other network equipment Coordinate and assist in moving of computer equipment and reinstallation Contact appropriate vendors for support, documenting problem, and providing corrective action, regarding hardware, operating systems, installation, and networking issues Provide support for Level 2 support staff as necessary Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements A valid Driver’s License and daily access to an automobile required Kahu Malama Nurses is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
