With industry leading pay, you control your own destiny based on your motivation and will be highly compensated for it!Primary Job Functions: Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Someone who can work and think independently as well as with a team. Employees of 72 Degrees will demonstrate our commitment to excellence through all interactions, so our customers trust us, the community respects us, business partners share our success, and our competitors admire us.Requirements:One year of experience needed.Certification from a technical school a plus.Maintain high safety and quality standards.Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office.Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers.Meet requirements of pre-employment drug testing, pre-employment physical, maintain a valid driver's license and provide an MVR that is acceptable to our insurance company.Compensation:Hourly Pay based on $30-$40 per hour.
