We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join a well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of ground-up commercial projects throughout Utah.

This is an opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys taking ownership of the jobsite, leading subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and delivering high-quality projects from start to finish.

Job Details

5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and scheduling
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with construction management software and technology
Ability to identify and resolve field issues independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
