The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) works primarily in both primary and specialty care settings, delivering direct patient care. This role demands independent clinical decision-making alongside collaborative coordination with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The ARNP plays a crucial role in managing patient health through assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and care planning, while ensuring comprehensive documentation and supportive patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and clinical diagnoses
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans
• Manage chronic diseases and deliver preventive care
• Document patient encounters accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and coordinate multidisciplinary care
• Provide patient counseling and health education
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with healthcare teams
• Travel locally as needed for patient-related care coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in advanced nursing practice
• Active Registered Nurse Practitioner license
• Proficient in patient assessment and clinical diagnosis
• Experienced with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Skilled in patient care and medication management
