I opened my first agency in 2010, expanded to a second location in 2016, and today lead a team of 12. State Farm has always been close to home for me, as both my sister and brother-in-law are agents. I also have a competitive background, having played field hockey and softball in college before attending graduate school at Mississippi State University. Our agencies enjoy staying connected to the communities we serve through local sponsorships, events, and other opportunities to give back. As a Sales Team member for Shannon Reed State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
