Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a growing team delivering large-scale industrial construction projects valued between $100M and $300M . This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to take the next step in their career while gaining exposure to complex industrial projects and working alongside an experienced leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of construction experience , preferably within industrial construction , and a desire to grow within a company that has aggressive expansion plans and a strong project pipeline. What You'll Do Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall project execution from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Assist with procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration Track project costs and support financial reporting and forecasting efforts Work closely with Superintendents to maintain project schedules and productivity goals Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Support multiple phases of large-scale industrial construction projects What We're Looking For 2-6 years of construction experience Industrial construction experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and scheduling Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Desire to grow into a senior project leadership role What We Offer Competitive base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Long-term career advancement opportunities Exposure to large-scale industrial projects valued between $100M and $300M Opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization with multiple planned hires Why This Role This is an opportunity to work on some of the largest industrial projects in the region while accelerating your career growth.
