From the moment a candidate is invited to interview, their journey is yours to design.You'll coordinate with hiring leads, communicate directly with candidates, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure that every interview day runs seamlessly. On the day of interviews, you'll be the go-to expert with all the answers—keeping things running smoothly and ensuring each candidate feels welcomed, supported, and respected.Beyond execution, you'll also research and implement new ways to elevate our recruiting process—constantly thinking creatively and iterating on how we create exceptional experiences.You will:Own the planning and execution of candidate interview daysPartner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure alignment and preparednessCommunicate proactively with candidates to guide them through the processManage all scheduling and logistics with precision and careIdentify opportunities to improve our recruiting experience and implement new ideasWe could list a bunch of skills, but what truly matters is who you are and how you work.
