We are hiring Construction General Laborers for a full-time, temporary opportunity in Millbrae, CA . This position is on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday . Candidates will support active construction sites by performing physically demanding tasks and assisting skilled trades. Work includes site cleanup, material handling, and general construction support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
- Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and masons
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
- Operate basic hand and power tools as needed (e.g., jackhammers, mixers)
Requirements
- Prior construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong reliability and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
