Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable starting conversations with homeowners?

US Power Solar is hiring Sales Lead Generators to introduce homeowners to solar and schedule qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants.

No solar experience is required, and you are not responsible for closing the sale.

Your role is focused:

Connect with homeowners. Create interest. Book qualified appointments.

Our Solar Consultants handle the consultation, system recommendations, financing options, proposals, contracts, and closing.

When an appointment you generate results in a completed solar installation, you earn $1,000.

You create the opportunity. Our team closes the sale. You get paid.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners through canvassing, field outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities
• Start friendly, professional conversations about solar and home energy solutions
• Identify interested and qualified homeowners
• Schedule appointments with experienced Solar Consultants
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Generate homeowner referrals and new sales opportunities
• Accurately enter lead and appointment information into company systems
• Represent US Power Solar professionally in the community

Your responsibility is to generate qualified opportunities—not manage the entire solar sales process.

No Closing Required

Once you schedule a qualified appointment, our experienced team takes over.

Our Solar Consultants handle:

• In-home and virtual consultations
• Solar system recommendations
• Financing and payment options
• Product presentations and proposals
• Contract discussions
• Closing the sale

Our operations team manages each project through installation, allowing you to stay focused on generating appointments and increasing your earning opportunities.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.

• $1,000 commission for every qualified appointment that results in a completed solar installation
• Uncapped earning potential

Commission Examples

• 5 completed installations = $5,000
• 10 completed installations = $10,000
• 20 completed installations = $20,000

Actual earnings depend on individual performance, appointment quality, completed installations, and company commission policies.

No Solar Experience? No Problem.

Previous solar or sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide training to help you understand solar, qualify homeowners, and confidently schedule appointments.

Your Experience May Already Transfer
