Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist, Pediatric (RT PEDS) Woodstock, VA. This position involves providing respiratory therapy services in a 25-bed acute care hospital. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety and clinical protocols.

Job Details

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA Certification only), and Virginia Respiratory Therapist License.
• Education/Degree Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Location Requirements: Must be licensed to practice in Virginia.
• Years of Experience: 2+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience required.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must have strong clinical skills for pediatric respiratory care, with knowledge of state-of-the-art respiratory equipment and electronic medical records (EPIC). The position may require picking up extra shifts, including every fourth weekend and potential holidays. No on-call responsibilities are required.
• The individual must comply with the organizations dress code, wearing hunter green scrubs, and maintain professional appearance standards as per institutional policy.
