As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will perform a variety of IR procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. Your expertise in trauma-body and neuro-stroke procedures will be crucial in this dynamic and fast-paced setting.

• Perform high-quality IR procedures according to established protocols
• Utilize AIDET communication to ensure patient comfort and understanding
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, adhering to safety and infection-control protocols
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness, reporting any issues promptly
• Screen individuals entering the department to ensure safety compliance
• Maintain accurate medical imaging records and documentation
• Provide training to new team members as a preceptor
• Participate in on-call rotations as required

Qualifications:

• BLS (AHA Only), TX-MRT, ARRT certification required
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Trauma-Body and Neuro-Stroke experience required
• Experience with Epic and Level I Trauma Center preferred
• ARRT-VI certification preferred
