AI Engineer Tech Lead

Salary: $166,400 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on AI/ML.
• We look for proven experience in a Tech Lead or other senior technical leadership role.
• We require strong Python programming skills.
• We need hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• We expect experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Preferred: experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI ethics, explainability, and bias mitigation.
• Preferred: a masters degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline.

• We define engineering best practices and MLOps standards.
• We design, train, fine-tune, and deploy ML, DL, and LLM-based models.
• We build pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and evaluation.
• We implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• We optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• We architect cloud-native, scalable AI solutions.
• We integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data sources.
• We ensure security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements are met.
• We lead CI/CD for ML systems.
• We implement model versioning, monitoring, and drift detection.
• We drive observability and reliability across AI services.
