Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

Description The Customer Service & Sales Coordinator is responsible for tracking incoming leads, keeping residential quotes moving, and helping customers through the sales process. This person also supports the commercial team by organizing bid invitations, deadlines, proposals, and related communication. The goal is to make sure every opportunity has an owner, a current status, and a clear next step. Responsibilities $45 Qualifications • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Confidence following up with customers and asking for the sale.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines without losing details.
• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and customer or quoting software.
• Experience in glass, construction, home improvement, customer service, or inside sales is preferred but not required.
