If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end deployment and release activities across production and non-production workloads on Azure/AWSOwn and govern DevOps pipelines and release processes, ensuring consistency, traceability, and adherence to change management standardsPartner with global IT, engineering, and business teams to plan, schedule, and execute deployments with minimal business disruptionDrive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of deployment workflows to enhance speed, quality, and reliabilityEnsure all releases comply with security, regulatory, and audit requirements, including supporting audit readiness and evidence collectionMaintain deployment documentation and runbooks, while promoting best practices in release management and driving root cause analysis for continuous improvementAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience leading deployment, release management, and CI/CD engineering teams in complex enterprise environmentsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredProven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams, advance strategic DevOps and CI/CD initiatives, and deliver with urgency, ownership, and measurable results Strong understanding of end-to-end DevOps, deployment, and software delivery lifecycle processesExperience leading platform and DevOps teams in translating business requirements into scalable solutions, driving system documentation, and resolving deployment, integration, and operational issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting and stakeholder updates (200TEC)Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
