Location Pasadena CA - Open for Hybrid and Onsite
Duration: Permanent
No billable hours. Focus on outcomes, not time sheets.
Salary + Commission Opportunity. Earn additional compensation for attorney-negotiated settlements.
Supportive Environment. Training available for attorneys new to collections or debt recovery litigation.
Professional Autonomy. Manage your caseload and courtroom appearances independently, with the backing of a knowledgeable support team.
Negotiate and resolve pending litigation.
Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions.
Attend hearings and trials within Dallas and surrounding counties. (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).
Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions.
What We’re Looking For
Active law license in the State of California .
Strong organizational and case management skills.
Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology.
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Collection or litigation experience preferred — industry training provided for the right candidate.
Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.
