Restaurant District Manager

District Manager – Burger King Join our team as a District Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a multi‑unit retail sales team across one of our many Florida territories. Responsibilities Lead Human Resources Management: provide leadership in employee relations, team building, people management, and effective communication at all levels. Manage Systems and Administration: maintain disciplined operating systems, training, accountability, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness standards. Drive Financial Performance: achieve controllable expenditure levels through training, budgets, P&L management, business reviews, and enforce safety, security, and cash handling procedures. Oversee 3–4 locations as a hands‑on manager, communicating regularly with store locations and corporate leadership. Qualifications Previous experience in quick‑service restaurants, retail, customer service, or related fields. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership qualities. 2–5 years of previous multi‑unit experience (preferred).
