Project Manager

Role: Project manager - FinTech

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ – onsite

Long term contract

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead end-to-end project delivery for FinTech products, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
• .Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• .Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, QA teams, and third-party vendors
• .Drive Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies based on project requirements
• .Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans
• .Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, security standards, and governance requirements
• .Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting
• .Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder reviews
• .Coordinate UAT activities, production releases, and post-implementation support
• .Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and external delivery partners
• .Provide regular executive-level project status updates and presentations
• .Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
• .Support organizational change management and stakeholder adoption activities
