POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for effectively leading, directing, and controlling maintenance technicians engaged in safe and expedient installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities to maintain and improve equipment reliability. This role also serves as a motivator, problem-solver, facilitator and project leader to their staff as well as their manufacturing supervisory peers.
