Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator

Connect the ICAA With New Communities

About the Role

Help introduce New England to one of the region’s fastest-growing combat sports! Fresh off our ESPN appearance, the International Combat Archery Alliance (ICAA) is expanding into new schools, recreation centers, corporate teams, and community groups. We are looking for motivated, people-oriented volunteers to help us build meaningful partnerships and bring combat archery to new audiences.

What You’ll Help Build

• Identify and reach out to potential community, youth, educational, and corporate partners across New England.
• Introduce organizations to ICAA opportunities, including mobile combat archery arenas, team-building packages, and intro clinics.
• Follow up with prospective partners and help move initial conversations toward collaboration.
• Collaborate with ICAA Outreach Lead to shape outreach messaging, partnership proposals, and engagement strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

You don't need prior experience with combat archery. We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable initiating professional conversations via email, social media, or phone.
• Organized and able to keep track of contacts and follow-ups
• Enthusiastic about community building, sports development, or nonprofit outreach.
• Reliable, collaborative, and comfortable asking questions when you need help.
• Background in communications, sales, business development, or customer relations is a plus, but enthusiasm and reliability matter most!

Skills & Experience You’ll Gain

• Real-world partnership development, communications, and nonprofit outreach experience for your resume or portfolio.
• Networking opportunities across athletic, educational, professional, recreational, youth, and civic organizations across Greater Boston and New England.
• Direct impact on scaling an inclusive, emerging sport from the ground floor.
