JOB OVERVIEW

The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas throughout the property. This role supports the housekeeping team and helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning Duties: Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms. Supplies Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Trash Disposal: Collect and dispose of trash from common areas and ensure proper recycling procedures are followed. Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests by answering questions and directing them as needed. Safety Compliance: Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to support efficient operations.
