You’ll assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure personalized dietary management that meets regulatory standards. Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and state licensure as required. Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. Major Duties and Responsibilities Nutritional Assessment & Care Plans: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and adjust them based on residents' health conditions and dietary needs. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure diet modifications align with residents' medical conditions and care goals. Compliance & Education: Ensure adherence to state and federal dietary regulations while educating residents, families, and staff on nutrition and special diet requirements.
