If you want to try something you haven't done before, like your first timing belt, we'll give you the time to do it right instead of rushing you through it. YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN DOOR POLICY) – This is a small, independent shop where you lead the job. Our manager Daryl and service writer Dan are usually just feet away and available to help — nobody's left to figure things out alone. Your ideas get heard and acted on; the shop's current processes exist because a past lead tech pushed for them. WE WILL HELP YOU BECOME MORE VALUABLE (WE INVEST IN YOU) – We pay for your ASE testing, plus a $100 bonus every time you pass one. We've sent techs to Vision and Autel training, and every year the whole team goes to a company-wide training summit. WE PROVIDE A SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT – Uniforms provided. The shop is well-stocked with updated tools, and we buy the specialty stuff — you're not expected to bankroll a timing belt tool for a one-off job out of your own pocket. We'd rather know now than find out later You're open to learning something new, even if it means asking for help or taking a little extra time to get it right You keep a level head.
