Luxor Staffing is hiring a Lumper Associates paying $18 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

1st shift: 6am to finish

Job duties:

• Load and unload freight from trailers, containers, and delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Manually handle boxes, pallets, and bulk goods, or use basic warehouse equipment as required
• Break down, sort, and stage freight according to delivery or warehouse requirements
• Assist drivers and warehouse staff with accurate and timely freight handling
• Follow loading/unloading instructions, weight distribution, and trailer safety guidelines
• Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies or issues immediately
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company and safety standards

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy items (typically 50–75 lbs repeatedly)
• Comfortable with repetitive physical labor, bending, and standing for long periods
• Basic understanding of warehouse or freight handling operations preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
