Production Welder Details:
- Temporary position
- $19.00 to $21.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
- MIG welding and metal fabrication in a manufacturing environment
- Read blueprints, work orders, fabrication drawings, and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, hand tools, and power tools
- Assemble and weld metal components to meet quality specifications
- Inspect welds and perform grinding or rework as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete production documentation and follow all safety and PPE requirements
Production Welder Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to successfully complete an in-house weld test
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and basic measurement skills
- Ability to use tools such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and gauges
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
