A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, Medical Client Coordinator in Woodbury, NY!

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Client Coordinator to join a professional healthcare-focused team in Woodbury, NY . This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service, administrative, communication, and computer skills who is comfortable communicating with clients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare representatives.

• The pay for this position is $21.00/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Medical Client Coordinator Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Medical Client Coordinator Responsibilities

·         Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses, and other representatives regarding report status, questions, concerns, and general information.

·         Enter and retrieve client and claimant information using internal systems and databases.

·         Maintain regular communication with the Quality Assurance department regarding workflow and pending report statuses.

·         Contact healthcare providers regarding assignments and update information within the database.

·         Verify client information is accurate and current and ensure client-specific guidelines are properly documented.

·         File and archive open and closed cases.

·         Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure questions are addressed and cases are completed in a timely manner.

·         Direct calls to appropriate departments when necessary.

·         Perform administrative and clerical duties including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.

·         Assist with resolving customer complaints and quality assurance concerns.

·         Notify management of report issues or concerns.

·         Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA, state, federal, safety, and legal requirements.

·         Perform additional duties as assigned.

Medical Client Coordinator Requirements

·         Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong professional phone demeanor and written/email communication skills.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with clients, physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals .

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications .

·         Comfortable using general office equipment including computers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and telephones.

·         Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM .

·         Ability to learn and comply with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards .

·         Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time-management skills.

·         Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·         Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

·         Comfortable working under pressure and managing changing priorities or unexpected situations.

·         Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take initiative.

·         Must be available to work on-site in Woodbury, NY, Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM .
