Staff Product Designer — AI‑Powered Design Systems

BetterUp is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Design Systems to own, evolve, and scale our design system across web and mobile platforms. You’ll define AI-powered workflows and establish a comprehensive component library with clear documentation, while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Brand to ensure feasibility and brand integrity.
