Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Order to Cash Financials

Location: Chicago / Remote (CST Hours Required) Preferred: Chicago area candidates

Potential contract-to-hire opportunity - W2 hourly consultants ONLY

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Oracle Order-to-Cash expertise to support enterprise finance technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly jump in, work independently, and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related applications
• Partner with Finance teams on Billing, Revenue, Collections, Accounting, and Intercompany processes
• Manage Order-to-Cash processes across hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundled offerings
• Lead billing process design including e-invoicing and project/non-project billing
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Vertex, and related systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional/system issues
• Collaborate with teams across US and EMEA regions

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Order-to-Cash and IT experience
• 2+ years of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working with global teams and Agile environments

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• No visa candidates
• Must be eligible for government-related security requirements
• Valid US Passport required
• International travel to Poland (2-3 times annually)
