Job Summary:

Position Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Fulton, MO 65251

Duration: Open-ended

Work Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week. Hours will be worked between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.



Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Assess and develop interventions for mitigation of fall risks and adaptive equipment including but not limited to the following:

• Assess functional mobility to determine needs for mobility equipment
• Notify FSH of equipment needed
• Provide consumer/caregiver education on appropriate use and safety with adaptive equipment
• Other interventions to mitigate fall risks as recommended

Provide additional OT assessments and interventions including but not limited to those related to:

• Activities of daily living/self-care
• Fine motor coordination
• Generalized weakness
• Muscle re-education
• Pain management
