Junior Technical Business Analyst

Salary: $65,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 1–4+ years of experience in a technical, analytical, or systems-focused role such as business analysis, data analysis, sales or marketing operations, revenue operations, CRM or automation administration, IT, implementation, or solutions consulting.
• Strong recent graduates with substantial hands-on technical projects will also be considered.
• Advanced spreadsheet capability in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, messy data cleanup, and building models or trackers.
• Comfort learning new software quickly, exploring settings, reading documentation, and getting systems working.
• Practical experience with some of the following: CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or GoHighLevel; marketing or SMS automation; dialers or VoIP systems; no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable; or BI tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong judgment for translating business needs into technical solutions.
• A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to take an objective and drive it through to completion.

• We own the technical execution of leadership projects, turning business goals into working solutions.
• We design and launch customer follow-up systems, including SMS drip campaigns, AI voice or call-bot outreach, and email sequences at scale.
• We connect our CRM, dialer or telephony tools, SMS platform, spreadsheets, and internal systems using native integrations and automation tools.
• We pull, clean, segment, and analyze lead and sales data to support campaigns and reporting.
• We build reports and dashboards that track contact rates, response rates, conversion, and revenue per campaign.
• We identify repetitive spreadsheet and copy-paste tasks and replace them with automated workflows.
• We research, test, compare, and implement new tools, then document how they work.
• We train sales and operations teams so they can use the systems we create.

We are CoverageX, hiring three full-time Technical Business Analysts for our Newport Beach, California office. This is an on-site role, five days per week, with compensation of $60,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience and technical depth. We offer 401(k), dental insurance, and health insurance.
