GHP Management in Los Angeles seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to join its HR team. You will manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide strategic guidance to managers while upholding confidentiality and compliance with laws. You will train managers, coordinate harassment awareness and prevent workplace violence, and help develop a learning culture across all levels of staff.
