Join Our Team as an Industrial Medical ProviderUnify Health Services is seeking dedicated medical professionals—EMTs, LPNs, Paramedics, and RNs—to join our team of healthcare innovators. As an Industrial Medical Provider, you will play a key role in supporting the health and well-being of industrial athletes in a dynamic, on-site setting.Location: Tomahawk, WI Schedule: Hours between 5am to 1:30am Monday - Thursday (guaranteed 8 hours minimum per month)Experience the fast-paced world of occupational health within a large manufacturing plant. Your mission is to safeguard the health of industrial athletes as they work to meet production goals. Safety equipment is provided, and the role requires adaptability and readiness for hands-on care.QualificationsEMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN certification or licensure in your state (required)CPR/BLS (required)Six months to one year of professional experience (required)Preferred QualificationsExperience in industrial healthcareExperience administering immunizationsFamiliarity with workplace safety, health, and OSHA regulationsPhysical DemandsFrequent standing, walking, and sittingPinching, grasping, and grippingReaching from floor to overheadStooping and forward bendingOccasional keyboard/computer workOccasional lifting of 30–50 lbsKey ResponsibilitiesMedical Provider DutiesDeliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite centerAdminister vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits)Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnairesPerform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screeningsPrevention & Wellness DutiesDesign and lead injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coachingConduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategiesLead and maintain on-site injury prevention and fitness programsFacilitate group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessionsDevelop and promote wellness initiatives and educational workshopsCollaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to enhance workplace wellnessTrack and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and successBe part of reshaping healthcare for industrial athletes.
