Advocate Mind Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role allows you to work from home while engaging in meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients. You will play a pivotal role in promoting mental wellness in the community, earning a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building and nurturing rapport through effective communication while upholding professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and treatment needs, and formulate appropriate discharge plans when suitable. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, consistently monitoring their efficacy and adapting strategies as necessary. \n
- Document session details and client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with all organizational and legal standards. \n
- Facilitate comprehensive intake assessments to accurately identify client needs and tailor appropriate therapeutic interventions. \n
- Provide individual counseling sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. \n
- Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to promote professional development and enhance clinical skills. \n
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to integrate and coordinate care for clients, recognizing the importance of interdisciplinary approaches in mental health treatment. \n
- Maintain an openness to learn and grow professionally by embracing feedback and reflecting on practices. \n
Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals across various ages and backgrounds. You will provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults battling a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in Virginia. \n
- Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential. \n
- Proficiency in modern technology and software, including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY, for record-keeping and communication is necessary. \n
- Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. \n
- Ability to perform intake assessments comfortably and efficiently. \n

- Prior experience with diverse populations, including underserved communities. \n
- Knowledge or experience in psychopharmacology would be a plus. \n
- Familiarity with collaborative care models that integrate various treatment modalities. \n

- Annual salary between $75,000 and $90,000 based on experience and performance. \n
- Fee-for-Service compensation model, ensuring guaranteed rates with immediate payment, eliminating waiting times for reimbursements. \n
