Job Description: Bear Lake Community Health Centers is in need of an LCSW or Psychologist for busy medical clinic in the Cache Valley Area. We have a Behavioral Health integrated model with our primary care medical group. Experience in telehealth counseling is preferred. Spanish preferred. Practice Highlights: The mission of Bear Lake and Cache Valley Community Health Centers is to provide access to quality primary and urgent health care for the residents and visitors of Bear Lake Valley, Cache Valley, and surrounding communities on an ability to pay basis. The center takes a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy community through education, prevention, and a community networking system.
Community Highlights: Logan, located in NE Utah, is a growing rural town. The area offers mountain scenery, fishing, skiing, hiking, climbing, white water rafting/kayaking, biking, and boating. Utah State University is located in Logan, and the town is also home of Logan Regional Hospital with a level 3 trauma center.
