Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other tasks as assigned Position Details: This direct hire role is full time and performs digital services that includes copy/print and scanning work. Hours will range within Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Some overtime may be required which may include occasionalweekend support on an as needed basis. Business professional dress code and standards are required. Hourly Compensation: $17.00 - 19.00 USD per hour, DOE. Sunday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Off Friday and Saturday) Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
