You will lead strategy for Hunting, Fishing, Camping, and Shooting Sports categories, own the P/L, and build strong vendor partnerships to deliver compelling programs and a growing private brand. Required are 10 years in Sporting Goods and 5+ years in leadership, with a proven ability to develop go-to-market plans and analytics-driven decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
