The Internet Sales Consultant at Jeff Belzer Auto Group in Roseville, Minnesota is a vital role in the company's sales team. This individual will be responsible for handling an average of 100+ new inquiries each month through online channels and providing excellent customer service to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities

Communicate with potential and existing customers through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Educate customers on the latest vehicles, features, and financing options available.

Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.

Collaborate with the management team to fulfill transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Attend and participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.

Proven track record of success in customer-direct sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in utilizing various online channels for sales and customer service.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.

Valid driver's license and a favorable driving record.
