Store Operations Associate

CubeSmart Self‑Storage Store Operations Associate As a Store Operations Associate you will manage and maintain stores within your district, combining customer service and property maintenance responsibilities. Responsibilities Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience. Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport. Meet monthly sales goals and metrics. Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers. Work independently and on a team to rent self‑storage units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using the Point‑of‑Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments. Perform daily property walks, clean units and store grounds, open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs), mop and sweep floors, change light bulbs, and maintain clean restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, and office space.
