Dealership Inventory Specialist Photographer – Sign-On Bonus
Part Time – Tuesdays & Thursdays (approximately 15 hours/week), starting at 8:00 AM and ending upon completion of daily work.
Route: Idaho Falls and surrounding areas
Pay: $22.00++ per hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
*Hourly pay listed is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout.
*Potential flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Automotive Field Technician to service automotive dealerships throughout the area.

This is a structured, hands-on field position for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, driving to different locations, and managing an assigned route independently.

You'll visit dealerships to help keep their online vehicle inventory accurate and up to date. Your day will include locating vehicles and keys, moving vehicles into designated areas, communicating with dealership staff, and capturing vehicle photos, 360&degree; spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.

No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our process from the ground up.

This is not a creative photography position. It's a process-driven role focused on reliability, efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and completing assigned work.

What You'll Do

• Travel to assigned automotive dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle
• Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts to complete daily assignments
• Move vehicles into designated photo areas when needed
• Capture vehicle photos, 360&degree; spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding missing vehicles, keys, and inventory questions
• Follow established processes and quality standards for every vehicle
• Complete assigned routes efficiently while staying on schedule
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day
• Work independently while representing Pro-MotionPix professionally

Who We're Looking For

Our strongest team members often come from hands-on and fast-paced environments such as:

• Automotive: Detailers, porters, lot attendants, inventory specialists, lube technicians
• Warehouse: Material handlers, inventory associates, distribution, loading/unloading
• Construction: Laborers, skilled trades, installers, jobsite workers
• Landscaping: Crew members, grounds maintenance, outdoor labor
• Delivery: Delivery drivers, route drivers, merchandisers
• Other active jobs: Maintenance, facilities, moving, or similar physical/outdoor work

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a dependable work history and strong work ethic
• Enjoys working independently with minimal supervision
• Is comfortable staying active and on their feet throughout the day
• Is comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Communicates professionally with dealership staff
• Can solve problems and adapt when plans change
• Is organized and able to follow a consistent process
• Is comfortable using smartphones and learning mobile applications
• Takes pride in completing quality work efficiently

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle required
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
• Experience in automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar hands-on work preferred
• Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00++ per hour
• Base pay + per-vehicle photo payout
