Procurement Associate

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Procurement Associate Position type: Full-time, Contract to possible hire Duration: 6 Months Location: Everett, WA, 98204 As a Procurement Associate you will:

• Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.
• Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carries out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization's best interest.
• Prepares purchase orders, approves payments, and negotiates prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance.
• Compiles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
• Prepares requests for proposals (RFP) and bid packages to take on new accounts.
• Monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years' experience in Purchasing & Procurement without bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing with bachelor's degree
• Managing parts purchasing projects.
• Some program management background
• Experience using ERP OR SAP systems.
• Aerospace background

Pay Range*: $40.00/hr to $55.00/hr *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
