We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment who'll shape the direction of the engineering organization and how we operate as we scale. We don't expect you to have a background in everything we use, but we do expect strong technical skills, exceptional communication, and a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through ambiguity and scale. We're looking for builders who still know how to code even if it's not part of the day-to-day.This role reports to the Head of Product & Engineering. We hire people who care deeply about their craft and the communities our customers serve.Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $220,000. Base salary is only one part of your total compensation package at CivilGrid, which also includes meaningful early-stage equity, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to shape a category-defining company.
