Colon & Rectal Surgery opening in MissouriFull timeSpringfield, MoA Board Certified or Board Eligible Colorectal Surgeon is sought to join a growing surgical department and provide specialized colorectal surgical care. This recruitment supports expansion of the service line with the goal of establishing a Q5 call rotation by adding two surgeons.Practice Overview Opportunity to practice the full scope of colorectal surgery, including advanced and complex cases Candidates with an interest in robotic surgery are strongly encouraged to apply Preference for surgeons with strong skills in advanced laparoscopic techniques and endoscopic microsurgery Join a large, multidisciplinary surgical group with subspecialty expertise including: Trauma and critical care surgery Surgical oncology Vascular surgery Colorectal surgeryHospital Environment Practice based at a Level I Trauma Center with more than 700 beds High surgical volume and comprehensive subspecialty support Recognized nationally for excellence in integrated healthcare delivery and regional hospital performanceCompensation and Benefits Competitive, productivity-based compensation model Comprehensive benefits package Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Occurrence-based professional liability insuranceQualifications Board certified or board eligible in Colorectal Surgery Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri
