As a Dietitian, you will be providing care to assigned residents in accordance with location standards and procedures. This role involves working in a post-acute care setting, focusing on nutrition care, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities of the Dietitian

• Oversee and ensure appropriate nutritional care for residents according to physician orders and care plans
• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals, snacks, and supplements
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
• Observe and report resident condition to appropriate staff
• Assess and document residents' nutritional needs and care provided
• Comply with infection control procedures and guidelines

Requirements of the Dietitian

• Completion of an accredited college program
• Registered with the American Dietetic Association and/or state licensure as required
• BLS Certification
• Ability to measure and comprehend quantities
