Sales Technician

Sun Life Gutters is a fast growing gutter and home exterior services company backed by Bluebird Capital, a private equity firm building a portfolio of best in class home services companies across the country. We have strong market presence, a real customer base, and the resources and systems to support serious growth. We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Technician who can sell, install, and lead in the field. This is not a role for someone looking for a quiet job. It is a role for someone who wants to control their income, be rewarded for the work they put in, and grow with a company that is going somewhere. The Role As a Sales Technician you are part salesperson and part field technician. You will be responsible for selling jobs, performing or leading the installation of some jobs, and representing the company at the highest standard with every customer interaction. What You Will Do Actively sell gutter and home exterior jobs to homeowners, generating both company provided leads and your own Prospect independently through door knocking, cold calling, and local networking when needed Run estimates, present proposals, and close jobs on the spot Perform repairs and clean outs to the company's quality standard Represent the company with professionalism on every customer interaction, from first contact to final payment Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times Compensation This role is commission based across both sales and service. Your income is a direct reflection of what you sell and what you service. There is no ceiling. You can expect to earn $75,000 in this role if the bare minimum is met, with top performers earning near $120,000 per year, and we have some sales guys in our network that exceed $200k/year. What We Are Looking For Experience in sales, home services, or a customer facing field role Hands on experience with gutter installation/repair, roofing, or exterior home services strongly preferred A hunter mentality: you do not wait for the phone to ring. You go find the work.
