This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a growing team, develop your experience, and build a rewarding career in a professional work environment.If your skills and experience are a good match for this role please apply today.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Experience Requirements5–7 years of retail banking experience, including branch management or supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and retail banking operations.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard office software.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Job DutiesLead the daily operations of the branch lobby to ensure efficient, accurate, and customer-focused service.Supervise, coach, and develop Teller and New Account staff through ongoing training, performance evaluations, and regular feedback.Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.Assist customers with opening and maintaining checking, savings, CDs, debit cards, and other retail banking products.Serve as a Personal Banker and paying/receiving Teller when needed to support branch operations.Identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell banking products and services that meet customer needs.Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls.Monitor branch operations to maintain accuracy, security, and operational excellence.Partner with branch leadership to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
