Role Summary We are seeking a Staff Tax Analyst or Tax Senior to support corporate tax operations within a growing healthcare organization. This role will contribute to tax compliance, planning, and reporting efforts while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors. You will support federal and state tax filings, assist with provision calculations, and contribute to tax planning initiatives including acquisitions. This role offers strong exposure to technical tax work, collaboration with leadership, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparation and review of federal and multi state corporate income tax returns Support quarterly and year end tax provision calculations and related reporting Compile and analyze data for tax workpapers including book to tax adjustments and apportionment Research and monitor tax regulations and assess impact to the organization Assist with tax planning initiatives including acquisitions and business changes Respond to and resolve state tax notices and support audit processes Prepare limited sales and use tax filings and ensure compliance Partner with cross functional teams to support tax related business initiatives Key Requirements 1.5 to 4 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax Strong knowledge of corporate income tax including federal and multi state concepts Experience with ASC 740 and tax provision processes Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast paced environment Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions and collaborate Preferred Qualifications CPA or actively pursuing certification Experience in healthcare or multi entity organizations Exposure to acquisition related tax work Familiarity working alongside external tax advisors #J-18808-Ljbffr
